Zach Wolf, a member of Boy Scout Troop 9 completed work on the second pond behind the Community Center on the Carolyn Orr Conservation land. Zach undertook this project as part of his Eagle Scout Service Project. His project involved cutting a new trail into the second pond area, clearing some of vegetation around the pond to allow viewing and possible winter access for ice skating, building a bench for visitors and posting both directional signs and private property signs at abutting properties. He began his project in August of 2006 and completed it a little over one year later.
